FAQ's

Will insurance cover products, treatments, or cosmetic surgery?

..In general, insurance will not cover products, spa treatments, or elective cosmetic surgical procedures. In certain circumstances, cosmetic surgery may possibly be covered if it considered necessary to correct deformities (for example, nasal fracture deformities caused from accidents). Each situation is individually evaluated between your doctor and your insurance company.
